I’m a picker, I’m a grinner…oops! Wrong lifetime. My name is Carol Borthwick and I created the QEAN (“keen”) blog, Question Everything, Assume Nothing to challenge people to look at old problems in new ways. The QEAN Group is a consulting practice founded in 1998, focused on helping companies find new customers, market “smart,” and develop new products and services.
I’ve worked for large companies, small companies, client-side, vendor-side, stellar teams, dysfunctional workgroups, good bosses and bad, and I’ve seen it all. The constants?
